OTORCOM uses third parties for its delivery services across Saudi Arabia. We offer free shipping to our customers in Saudi Arabia for all orders greater than 399 SAR. Orders less than this amount will be subject to a 28 SAR surcharge. Our courier company will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation containing a tracking number (i.e 40459234745). To track your shipments enter your tracking number into the empty field and click on “Track”.



If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact OTORCOM customer service at [email protected] or call us at 00966549439841 within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. You will receive a label attachment with a return airway bill (AWB) number. After that please drop all exchange items to the nearest office with the return airway bill (AWB) number. Following that, please notify us by sending an email and a voucher will immediately be issued for your use. Please take in mind, that you can return only merchandise in resalable condition. Please ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
